As part of the 174065 Farncombe to Petersfield Re-signalling Platform Route Works Sunville Rail were awarded works to complete installation of 170m of 4way cubis ducting underneath Milford platform and installation of stakkabox chambers.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

As part of the 174065 Farncombe to Petersfield Re-signalling Platform Route Works Sunville Rail were awarded works to complete installation of 170m of 4way cubis ducting underneath Milford platform and installation of stakkabox chambers.

Then reinstate platform within a 10day blockade ready for access by the public once blockade has ended and train service resumed.

Sunville Rail completed the following works:

• Installation of platform signage within tarmac install.

• Overbanding.

• Thermostplastic lining.

• Re-instatement of tarmac along station platform following excavation for cable route under

platform.

• Suction excavation to remove existing spoil from platform and remove from site to be

environmentally disposed of.

• Provide MGF shoring equipment for excavated trenches.

• Installation of stakkabox chambers on platform

• Provide trench covers

• Provide pedestrian barriers and heras panels to segregate works.
