Sunville rail Has been awarded contract by our client Octavius to undertake the civils elements at Micheldever as part of  their NSCD project .

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The overall project scope includes civil and electrical activities associated with the installation of 2no new DCCB/NSCD integrated switchgear modular buildings at Micheldever substations and the installation of 22no HSS internal NSCDs and their associated equipment such as Battery chargers, marshalling panels and Interlock panels. 

Sunville Rail undertook the civils element of this project providing a wide range of works.

Scope of works included;

•Provide all labour provisions

•Provide all plant and material provisions

•Provide machines and NPORS qualified drivers and Banksman

•Machine excavation

•Palisade Fencing and gates

•Module base installation

•Armco barriers

•GRP handrail

•Install new troughing route

•UTX works

•Install 6way Cubis ducting or flexi duct routes.

•Install Cubis Stakka chambers

•Site clearance

•Removal and disposal of inert waste
